Adoption Guide

Are you interested in adopting a Siberian kitten? This is the first place to start. Please read below to learn how to get onto the waitlist.

Step 1: Fill out the Kitten Request Form and read all of the information provided on that page. I discuss the logistics of how the adoption will work, payment, and all of the details that’ll be important for your kitten.

Also send your $200 deposit by venmo, Zelle or check to be placed on the waitlist. Checks can be made payable to Nancy Burch or Willow Springs, and mailed to 395 Eagle Mill Road Butler, PA 16001. The date of your postmark will be the day you are put on the waitlist. I’ll send you confirmation by text once I receive the check. Your $200 non-refundable deposit will go towards the total $2000 cost.

Step 2: I will contact you when it’s your time to choose your kitten! The average wait was about 4 months, but many people have gotten their kitten right away. It can vary based on litters born. There’s no predicting life.
Once you’ve picked your kitten, you will pay $800. (You pay the other $1000 when you get your kitten.)

Step 3: I’ll let you know when your kitten is ready to come home. We’ll make arrangements for you to pick them up. The balance of $1000 is paid when you pick up your kitten. You will need to bring a carrier. If you’re flying, make sure you check with your airline about carrier size requirements. A picture of the contract you’ll sign is shown here.

Due to the volume of request forms, you will not be contacted by us until a deposit has been made. Please see the “FAQ” page if you have general questions. For faster responses, contact Kathy on Facebook.
